Superskjerm for fotografer

NEC SpectraView Reference 21 benytter lysdioder, noe som skal gi bedre kontrast og fargedybde enn hva det er mulig å oppnå med ordinære LCD-skjermer. Levetiden skal være bedre, men teknologien gjør skjermene større og medfører økt strømforbruk.

Skjermen har en oppløsning på 1600 x 1200 punkter.

Prisen er nok den største ulempen, nærmere 50 000 kroner, og det før vi snakker merverdiavgift. Men da får du en skjerm som skal gi 100 prosent korrekt gjengivelse av Adobe RGB fargerom, samt automatisk justering av sortnivå og skikkelige muligheter for fargekalibrering.
