Vinnerbildene - World Press Photo 2006

World Press Photo er verdens største konkurranse for pressefotografer. I år hadde 4.500 fotografer sendt inn til sammen over 70.000 bilder til juryering. Vinnerbildene er for tiden stilt ut i Amsterdam, i en kirke som byr på en flott ramme omkring bildene.
Espen Rasmussen tok hjem både første- og tredjepris i World Press Photo. Ingen nordmenn har tidligere fått to priser i samme konkurranse.

Pussig nok presterer fotografi.no likevel å melde at "Jan Grarup fra Danmark var den eneste skandinaviske fotografen som plasserte seg i World Press Photo 2006".
